AT Direct Care is a Broken Hill based NDIS registered disability support provider. We are committed to helping people with a disability to lead a more independent, meaningful and positive life.

Support Services

We are registered for the following disability supports:
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
For an independent style of supported accommodation, our friendly, experienced staff are on hand 24/7 to assist with your specialised needs.

With many options, our flexible respite care is available in the day, evening or overnight, to provide short term relief for primary care givers.

Our team will work with family and carers to explore the different ways that you can exercise your choice and control, and help navigate your NDIS plan.

In-home nursing supports are available. This can include assistance with medication, catheter care and wound care.
